Before you think that you got me figured out!

    I want it to be known that I do not think all cops or authority figures are bad! It is only my attempt to bring to light that there is a serious miss use of power in America! If this is is what you can see out in the open then imagine what the system that we believe is here to protect us and correct us is capable of behind closed doors! There are good people as much as there are bad people but we must stand up and fight injustice where Ever it Is.

      Just remember in the fight to take down "The bad guys" we could at anytime end up Like Sean Bell who did nothing but happen to be in the wrong place at the wrong kind! It reminds me of an experience that could have gone badly if I had not known to handle the police and a sharp cab driver helped stop something from being worse then it it ever Got!
     
    I was on Burke st. in Winstion-Salem trying to get a friend of mine to settle down! Another friend had followed my friend over to first street. My friend had thrown something large and metal out in the road causing a loud sound! The bars were close to closing up shop. And apparently the police heard it! By that time I got my friend to pick the item up out of the road! It was over a fight from earlyer and he was livid pissed my other friend was too drunk to help so she just stood around!

    A cab driver with a scanner heard the chirp go out over the radio and pulled through. asked me if I needed help. I said yeah I need to get thees two home. My friend with the issues was arguing with me, the cab driver and the air! About that time four stout officers come walking our way! Their ready for something because they got gloves on. They are all stout and I am a bout 6'4 and my friend is 5'11 and sees them and ain't in his right mind set and starts talking shit! I grab him by the shirt and shove him in the cab and put my other friend in the cab. The officers were on the other side of the street and saw me do all of that! one yelled at to asked if everything is ok at the same time the cab driver is saying the same thing. I get in the cab and shut the door and tell the other two to shut the fuck up as one officer approaches the the cab. The officer double checks with the cabby and the Cabby "Says no no problem! Just too much to drink "Time to go home!" The officer says ok go on have a good night!
   
     Hey big boy that was a close call brother! They was going to beat someones ass! I said thank you and we don't have far to get! There's going to be a good tip for you! So I made everyone Cough up all the cash they had on them! Gave 50 dollars to the Cabby and kept the rest for my self! Even with what I did with that sheriff the one time I still don't want to be rumbling with cops for no good reason!! it was a close one that did not even have to get that far! Though my over all point to this story is the fact that you can find yourself in a miss understanding with the law at all times. I have been lucky enough to find my self dealing with some pretty fair cops! Though the situations could have been a lot worse!
         
 What I am doing with this post is showing and exposing the excessive abuses of power with in the system. and again I do not think all people with a badge are bad people! So do not think that I am just hating on cops to be hating authority! Those in authority should be held to a standard and when they exceed or break the law I will be one to report on it rather then suppress the information!

Video Post: Important Documentaries and News Clips! Move Shoot out!

The Following Documentaries and News that, I feel people need to watch about some of the things I talked about! Starting with the one moment that has defined my mission in my life! MOVE Shoot out 1978!

In this second part you will hear the people of the neighborhood say that MOVE are peaceful people! This also talks about the issue of one of the members having her baby killed!

Described in this part is a prophetic statement: Rizzo will go all over this city to kill move members! That would be evident with the 1985 firebombing on 6221 Osage Avenue in the Cobbes Creek area of West Philadelphia!

In this one you see a white reporter defending the law and makes the "Statement that if a Judge says they broke the law then they broke the law! a black guy standing next to him says "A Judge can lie just like me and you!" The White reporter then goes on to explain that they are trying to get the truth and both sides of the situation don't seem to like us at this point! It goes on to show a Reporter by the name Rob Jennings says that 6 people that he interviewed said they did not like M.O.V.E in this documentary you will find not one neighbor saying anything negative about move at all and they really do an objective assertion on the situation! The siege prep begins!

In this one the actual siege takes way as they take down the building with men,women and children still inside the  building! Shows the police using water from a fire hose to flood the basement! in the video its actually the police that shoot each other! Is suspect weather they had real guns in the MOVE house! In the video you can see one of the female move members walk toward the police claiming that they killed her son! She is unarmed! You see who I believe to be Chuck Africa come out with his hands up surrendering and the Rodney King like beating! they say that there was a gun but in the video there are no guns on anyone of the people that came out of the building!

Cover Up! Police State Terrorism in the 20th and early 21st centuries!

       I sit here and think that I am a year away from being 30 years old, I wonder how we have improved in society in the near 30 years I have lived. Honestly, the only thing that we have improved is our ability to cover thing's up and sweep them neatly under the rug! Not to mention Shove a whole lot of skeletal remains in our closets!
   
      My Brother is four years older then me and I have know for a few years now that the 1978 shoot out in Philadelphia happened with the police and The Move Organization. The funny thing is that in the year of my brothers birth it was more like a Shoot in by the police. Then there was of course the fire bombing by the police on the move organization in 1985. My brother being seven years old and me being  three.
     
      Now I am not going in to great detail right now because I would like to do much larger articles  in the future but for now its just an over view! Though my interest in injustices started at an early age it is not till now that I am now clearheaded enough to fit all of my thoughts together! I have gone the gambit that life can take me to get where I am mind wise. Now that I have the innocence of my youth fully shattered by all hope!

     That's not saying I have not any hope at all, I am just saying that I finality found out the reality in life that even though they want you to believe that we can all be men on white steeds riding in with our guns blazing to grab up the pretty woman and riding in to the sunset! I gave up being involved in the political fight I had dedicated my self to. I am not sad but reasonably the way the West Memphis three were released from Jail. I said Finality after years of it Just being a black Liberation thing that here we are An actual case that Will wake  "White America" To what African Americans, Chicano, and Native Americans have been dealing with In modern America,

     This is what this article attempts to uncover. Is the need to wake up to the fact that the same burdens of the world for the Minorities of the world is our world to because this is how the poor get treated. No matter what race you are you are thrown in to the system mangled up and even if the Police,Judges and Juries are wrong they will cover it up and make the person or persons do hard time for their Fuck ups!
     
    I look at how weird this system is where people like O.J. Simpson and now Casey Anthony walk away when the Trials become a media Circus. Yet daily there are Trials all over America where somehow people that are not Guilty.get incarcerated.
     
    A case that comes to mind here in N.C. Is Darryl Hunt from my home town of Winston-Salem who served 19 years for a rape and murder he did not commit. He was exonerated by D.N.A evidence but he had to endure 19 years in Jail for something he did not do! I could not imaging doing that kind of time for something I did not do!
 
    Now to Jump to more questionable cases! If I say the name Mumia Abu-Jamal if you are familiar with the man and the issue at hand! You are going to get free him from the people that believe in his innocence! Then you are going to get let that Cop killer Fry! Again I am only skimming the surface because other articles are to come! Mumia Abu-Jamal is the most notorious death row inmate and I encourage to go look up information about him.
     
     Now moving from the debate of people of peoples guilt or innocence we get to the part where I talk about the new age ability to sweep things under the rug! If you want to know of the most infamous event to expose the Police State Terrorism at its worst then we Bring up Waco T.X. and The Fbi/ATF stand of with the Branch Davidians!  One could suggest that that was indeed a recorded terrorist act against a religious group. Then there are others that will say that it was the Davidians that set fire to themselves and they fired the shots first! This again is another case that happened in my life time.
   
      Now There is another Case that is suppressed by the Media Dwight York known as Dr.Malachi Z. York was and still is the leader of The black Nuwaubian movement in Putnam County Georgia. He is in Jail for Child Molestation and Rico charges! The Child he was supposed to have molested has recanted her accusation saying that the police coerced her in to testifying against him!
             
    There is much more as these are going to be something's I cover in detail at a later Time. The seven instances I have listed are among many that have happened in America but their prevalence to me is the fact that there is wide speculation as to the Conduct of the authority.  Move happened in 78,85 Mumia Abu-Jamal and Daryl Hunt 81 and 84. Waco and WM3 1993 and Dr. York in 2002.
           
    All of these instances and they are not the only one raise so many questions in my mind about so much! I failed to even talk about Rodney King and the reasons for the L.A. Riots. I am now starting to raise the questions with in my self! Do we Hold any of those that serve the law really accountable for Corruption, Terrorism, and making tragic errors that Cost people their freedom! These actions have happened in the past and there is even historical proof that the C.I.A Was set up to be counter intelligence to the F.B.I during the the reign of J. Edgar Hoover. Then you look at programs like the Counter Intelligence Program COINTELPRO.

    I begin to think what is the truth. The truth my friends is that we are made to believe if we keep our heads down and "Duck and Cover" that we will get out of this alive with a false since of freedom. When in fact there are things happening Right here in our own back yard. Why do we need to go have wars overseas when we have a War that is invisible in the media but evident through out our history. Should we keep our heads down and refuse to be real leaders in our own country because you'll get your head blown off by a loan gun man with the persons three middle names!
   
    Go ask Fred Hampton Jr. Why his father was assassinated by  COINTELPRO While he was sleeping! Ask Leonard Peltier why he sits in jail in a Wheelchair while his two accomplices were acquitted for any criminal activity! We are assigned certain liberties if we stay  ignorant to the injustice of others. In my mind when I think about issues of importance to me, I do not jump to the conclusion of the Innocence our guilt of a person. However when I find my self imagining being a juror if I have things that stop me and make me see what I believe to be a flaw then I have a reasonable doubt. Yet we live and die by the presentation and often Trials are no longer about evidence as much as how you defend or prove the evidence which leads me in to the next part of what I have trouble with.
     
    What are we as people taught in this country about police officers and people that wear uniforms! I have had quite a few instances where I have seen a lot of people use their uniform or their affiliation as Cops or Military not in uniform to justify actions. one instance I would like to relate to you is the following! I can not and will not show respect to someone who is at a bar and drinking respect when they treat people around them with disrespect! All people should understand that when someone is in plan clothes and are a member of  a public service they disrespect the position that they have chosen! I have seen countless military and cops get in to fights and try to use their service to the community as a get out of Jail free card.

    I was once almost involved in a fight at a bar that a guy in his apology  used the words " I'm sorry about being an asshole I am in the Reserves and I just got called up to Active Duty! I am Going to Iraq." The fight was not with me directly but with my cousin.While I heard him saying this I was standing between them and I looked at the Guy and said this " I suggest that you go back to the bar and sit down and enjoy your beer! You apology ain't working for me and I am standing between the both of you and a bad night for all of us! You should be ashamed of yourself and Insulting the both of us. You chose to be in the reserves and both him and I pay for your choice! Should I feel guilty because you chose to serve in the Military and happen to be getting deployed! So excuse me if I am not happy with you justifying your actions! I am not going to get down on my knees and suck your dick because you made a choice to serve!

              Now for another example of conflict I am going to relate a story to you about an officer in Uniform! I was working at Greyhound Trailways and I had a young girl of 16 come up and buy a ticket she did not say anything other then she was going to see her grandmother! I I.D. her and she sat quietly in the bus station with her bags and waited for her bus. Did not think much of it until the next thing I know she was pulling to the floor while a sheriff in uniform grabbed her by the arm!

    At first I thought it was an arrest, Until I heard her and him arguing! "Goddamit girl your going to get in the car and come home with me right now! NO Daddy I AIN'T taking anymore beatings from you! Let me go! Let me Go! What I am about to tell you sound's like I'm lying but I did it. My office door swung open at the same time one of the private security officers was running down to secure the situation! I got an axe handle in my hand and the door hit the wall hard enough for it to grab the officers attention. I did not move forward and his hand went to his gun. I yelled before you do something stupid you pay attention to me! You are in my station and you are making my passengers afraid! If you want to think that I am not opposed to using this axe handle on you for hitting on a woman! Know I think your a disgrace and you should not be in any uniform ever! Those Cameras are going to show you beating on a girl and me the station manager coming at you with an axe handle. I would be a little smart about what we are doing! We are on Camera. Two Security officers entered the door! One saw me with the Axe handle and pushed me back in the office! The other Officer took charge of the situation. I don't know what all happened at that point because my bus arrived and I had to take care of it! So I almost got shot by an off duty sheriff but I did try to do something about it.
       
    If people are bound to try to do two of of many other things. In and out of their uniforms then I do not find the fact that people abuse power in other ways and at a far worse level. However as children we are taught that we must obey the law and listen to the police at all times. I do not find it to be as far fetched as it may seem. I had another instance even with the security officers at the bus station. Now they had all the rights and duties of a police officer except for official arrest. I watched one of the officers that I actually liked as a person make a rookie mistake but it was still wrong! He was chasing multiple people and actually ended up handcuffing a guy to the gate.Leaving him to not be able to defend himself. I had to write a report for Greyhound and for the security company. The guy knew that and knew I wrote some of the most helpful and accurate reports. So he actually came and asked me to not make him look bad in the report and find out what I was going to write. I asked him to sit down with me because I needed to talk to him.
     
     He and I sat and talked civilly. I told him this "I am going to write what I saw happen. I said I don't think badly of you as a person but what you did was wrong! Your a good man and I know it was a mistake but it happened and they are going to know what you did. Anyway I can help improve the mistakes or give you guys a description of what happens it allows things to have what is fair for the security of where I work smoother and done correctly I am going to do. I am not writing personally and can only do what is right. He took what I said and thanked me for talking to him about it. I hated that I cost a good person a Job but it was not my report that cost him his job it was his actions that did that!
   
    Living in the triad of N.C. we have had our fair share of police scandal and historically had quite a bit more then we would like to own up too. There were the shootings in Greensboro in the 70s, The Greensboro massacre occurred on November 3, 1979, which there is suspected police involvement with the K,K,K. to date there is a lot of scandals to be further discussed in later articles. Along with Winston-Salem Scandals and surrounding controversy through out the Local area!
     
   To conclude I think that it is important to preserve the true history and cover news that people seem to want to avoid out of fear because they do not agree with those in power that want to cover up and say that all they have done was to serve and protect the people! I walk in this world as free as one can be but that dose not sit well with me because their are people that are dead, or serving time for standing up for their rights. The mainstream media often puts prepackaged labels on theses people "Terrorist, Criminals, Child Molesters, Rapist, Murderers and Cop Killers before all of the evidence is collected and examined. Yet people that have committed perjury have taken the stand to make sure that these people get put away and locked up! Knowing what happened to the MOVE organization in 1978, I look at the fact that Mumia Abu-Jamal was a member of the Black Panther Party and a Journalist that covered the story and I put my self in his shoes. I am a target for a corrupt system of Cop's that bulldozed a house the same day they laid siege on MOVE the first time! I think weather Mumia weather he is Guilty or Innocent is not the question as much as even if he did do it was it an act of self defense! Uniform or no Uniform self preservation is not a Crime. If he is completely innocent then I believe that he should be walking free! I ask my self daily what and who should I be fighting for.
       
   I can not enjoy my false since of freedom and swallow Nationalism being pawned off as Patriotism. Nor can I say that I should allow others to tell me that I should be thanking the government for my freedoms and be a proud American because I have those freedoms. For me that's the same Issue I had with the guy in the reserves! That instead of improving the lives and freedom. I should be down on my knees sucking dick for the freedom that this Country stands for! No thank you I would rather be insulted by millions of people then ever sell out my beliefs!

New Beginnings

    This is my attempt at trying something new for my self. As I have come to realize that there are quite a few people that do not know about a large section of my life! Not that I have really spent much time promoting my self. It just seems as if people that know me only know one aspect of my life and that is in the music community and I try to make music the large focus of my associations. I do not have a desire to make my life's mission when I am out at shows networking with artist  and bands!
   
    Though I am a highly political person I have given up on that a lot since my family and I lost our family home. It was not that I did not realize that I could not afford the payments on the 3 or fourth mortgage my mother and father put on the house constantly trying to escape the hell of "City Group" I worked a very low paying but addictive Job at Greyhound Trailways saving up for my own life. I lived in a house built by my great grand father and actually logged more their more years then my own parents. I feel very cheated because my parents did not involve me in the overall cost of the house payments. I often think if I would have known more about how broke my parents were going. I won't go into how when we found our way out of the situation we had a cousin of ours offer to buy off the remaining mortgage only to succumb to his lawyer, literally fucking us out of a short sale and a one way ticket to  moving to a new life in Pahrump, Nevada..
         
    However I am not shedding tears over my life, I am starting a new chapter, a second act! That's Right I am restarting everything and I have only one act that I did before my Journey of life took a turn in to being homeless for a while. All is not bad because during this period I actually started to write more by pen in note books trying to find my escape. It landed me in the back room of a strip club writing poetry and meeting some  important friends while escaping in the beauty of women, playing pool and feeding my self! The membership was 10 bucks and I could go sit in there almost all day with a notebook! During this time I also got Hired on as a Lighting tech the last year Ziggy's was open (A club in Winston Salem) I got the Job by collecting the cans at the end of the night so I could go to the recycling center once a week with at the time 60 dollars worth of Cans! Those times are over and I am pushing on though right now I am working on a book that is a memoir of the first half of my life. This page is totally different and I want to try to use it as a Journalistic medium to cover thing's things that move me to be important!

    I want to be Clear about a few things that I want to document! You may not agree with me and some of you may come to hate me for my views on certain topics. When it comes to certain social topics  I am a very "Liberal" person! Lets get this clear the word Liberal despite what right wing and Conservative meida will tell you is not a bad thing! Liberal in definition is this:favoring or permitting freedom of action, especially with respect to matters of personal belief or expression! There seem to be a lot of of people who forget that aspect and use it to define people as evil! However the same is Said about the word conservative which means:disposed to preserve existing conditions, institutions, etc., or to restore traditional ones, and to limit change.

    My point on this issue is the media since the invention of  television and advertisement spent a large amount of time learning how to brain wash a mass audience in to being decided. In America Congress has Just become The New York Yankees v.s. The Boston Red Sox ! Life in America is defined as one giant sports analogy. I find it funny that in most American sports the way they define playing a "Game" is riddled with war analogy after analogy! Now war is so instituted with the idea that "War" is a game that tanks have controls on them not unlike controllers on the video games!
I did not place that thought there to get in to for war or against war! It's to simply show you how the grips of brainwashing flip the person around and what is meant for sport now becomes war and what is war is now a game! So because my team is not winning they must go the distance and fight to the bitter end! Where as on the other hand We have ten minutes on the clock men we must get down field and defeat the enemy for our home team America!

    This is where I interject That there is a war within our own home team that goes largely unnoticed everyday! It   largely goes unnoticed because the Media is controlled by world corporations that natural do not cover real events and they get you caught up in a society that says that you are an individual and you have freedom!
   
    I ask you if you have gotten this far to truly ask your self if you are free! If you say yes immediately then you did not take the time to think what I am asking! Question what do you do with your life on a daily basis. Is your life bound to going to a Job each day because you must or because you choose too. If you say to yourself I have Responsibility ,then define that responsibility. If it is to bills then you are living in an illusion. The only thing that you have a responsibility to is yourself, your family,and your community.
     
     I know there are going to be so many people going ,but my car, my house, my phone, my cable, my internet, my air conditioning, my electricity and my job! Among all of those things of which you claim is yours figure out which ones you are not renting or leasing. Is your car paid off? Is your house paid off? If they are then know that your land can be taken by  Eminent domain! So if they can take what you payed for out right  is it yours? Then I ask you what of the rest of the things in that list? All you, and we are doing is renting! One has to ask why are all these things as such! If we are renting then That Job you are looking for or already have  why is the pay not acutely even to the price of living? How many of you are out there working that have to put in overtime if your one of the lucky ones to have that overtime. Should Americans or any country have to work so much! With time away from your family, or hindering your ability to build a family!


    So this is what this blog is going to be about it is going to be a Journal for Freedom! True freedom! To liberate people who are fanatically oppressed with news that dose not cover the injustices that go on here in our own land! This is to take you away from buying your freedom through one product at a time! I don't care about the fall out from people any more! I am tired of hearing how we have to be happy with the freedoms that we have and have to trade true Patriotism and trade it in for Nationalism and Fascism!    

    If you seek to label me and define me then understand that you better come at me strong with Information and If you want to attack my inability to write correctly then fully understand. I was born deaf and labeled  learning disabled! I hope to improve with each writing and hope that those that have a problem with the way I place things on my blog that their criticism  be constructive! I am a product of self education self determination  and i truly intend to use the information at hand to speak for people like me and show others that you can have a powerful voice! I write this as I think about the fact that in my generational lifetime there have been some injustices done with in our borders and I think of discovering more information. I choose to use my voice and what little education I am defined by to inform, Inspire and use my freedom to fight for more of it!

    My voice was once repressed by the state of N.C. and I will spend my life advocating for true freedom for all under our U.S. and State Constitutions that are suppose to protect our freedom. Thank you for reading and more is coming soon!
